Massive Group Of 262 From Italy Successfully Hosted In Ha Long Bay

In line with its values, Windtre embarked on a remarkable team-building journey, moving a massive group of 262 team members from Italy to Vietnam’s Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The trip’s organization was entrusted to Indochina Heritage, an internationally renowned destination management company (DMC) and silver winner at the prestigious Eventex Awards 2024.

The journey began in Hanoi, where the team experienced the rich cultural tapestry of Vietnam, culminating in a breathtaking voyage to Ha Long Bay. The highlight of the trip was a spectacular gala dinner featuring cutting-edge stage performances, set against the stunning backdrop of the bay’s iconic karst landscapes.


Ha Long Bay, located in northeastern Vietnam, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty. It features over 1,600 limestone karsts and islets rising dramatically from emerald waters, shaped by millions of years of erosion. The bay’s surreal landscape is adorned with caves, secluded beaches, and floating fishing villages, offering a harmonious blend of serenity and adventure. Its biodiversity includes unique marine ecosystems and tropical plants. The bay also carries cultural significance, tied to Vietnamese legends and traditions. Its stunning vistas, rich history, and tranquil ambiance make Ha Long Bay a unique and mesmerizing destination.
